Flex the concave button/disc until crystals begin to form. The liquid inside will begin to crystalise and solidfy as heat is generated.

Massage the pack gently to soften crystals and disperse the heat. This makes the pack pliable.

To reuse, wrap the pack in a cloth (i.e. a tea towel) and boil the pack in water in a saucepan for 10-15 minutes or until the pack becomes completely clear. This recharges the pack and melts all the crystals back to the original solution state.

Remove the pack from the water with plastic tongs or blunt instrument. You may use the heat pack straight after boiling by wrapping in a dry towel, or just let cool and store away for future use.

To use as a cold pack, store in the fridgefor approximately 20-60 minutes. DO NOT FREEZE!
If the heat pack activates (goes hard) by itself after you have boiled, it means the pack was not reset completely- any residual crystals not completely melted will cause the pack to reactivate. If this is the case return the pack to water and boil the pack for and extra 10 mins or until the pack becomes clear.

DO NOT Freeze.

DO NOT Microwave.

Always wrap heat pack in a cloth before putting it to boil. Any direct contact with metal while boiling may damage the vinyl.

Please don't keep the heat pack in a solid state for more than a week. While this doesn't damage the product immediately it might reduce the longevity of your pack.

Avoid sharp objects when removing pack from boiling water.
